Responsibilities
Lead and manage water/wastewater design projects from initiation to completion
Oversee project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements
Maintain strong relationships with clients, governmental agencies, and consultants
Mentor and develop junior engineering staff, offering guidance and support in technical design and project management
Prepare and review project proposals, budgets, and schedules
Actively participate in business development activities to secure new projects
Ensure quality control and adherence to project standards and specifications
Prepare and present technical reports, presentations, and status updates to clients and internal teams
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations
Qualification
Required
Texas PE License
10-15 years of relevant experience in water/wastewater design and project management, with a focus on projects in Texas
Strong knowledge of water/wastewater design standards, local codes, and regulatory requirements in Texas
Proven leadership experience in managing large-scale, complex projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively manage client relationships and contribute to business development
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency with relevant engineering design software and project management tools
