Responsibilities

Leading conceptual and detailed estimates from early design through to final construction documents

Owning the bid process end-to-end — from RFP development and scope alignment through to final pricing and bid strategy

Acting as a mentor and technical leader for junior estimators, helping raise the overall standard of the preconstruction function

Continuously refining cost tools, templates, and databases to keep the business commercially sharp

Partnering closely with development and construction leadership to guide feasibility, budgeting, and risk management decisions

Tracking market conditions, cost trends, and regional pricing data to ensure forecasts remain accurate and competitive
