Service Engineering Specialist AMER

Responsibilities

Execute installations and ensures system performance at clients sites
Support in client management and after-sales
Collaborate closely with clients to ensure the successful implementation of our products and services
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide swift and effective resolutions
Work alongside the engineering team to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovations
Produce technical documents

Qualification

Field EngineeringMechanical/Mechatronic/Robotic DegreeElectrical Schematics ReadingMS Office ProficiencyRhinocerosEnglish ProficiencyInterpersonal SkillsCommunication Skills

Required

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Robotic field
1-2 years of experience in Field Engineering in manufacturing complex systems (Machinery, Automotive etc)
Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical technical drawings
MS Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel)
English language proficiency (Level C1/C2)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to travel to client sites in the US for approximately 40% of the time
A valid driver's license

Preferred

knowledge of Rhinoceros
