Responsibilities
Become an expert: Build strong knowledge of our platform, business model, and internal systems to deliver high-quality support
Deliver exceptional service: Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
Support core operations: Handle deposit-, payment-, and account-related enquiries accurately and efficiently
Document and follow up: Record customer interactions clearly and ensure timely resolution or escalation when needed
Collaborate across teams: Work closely with internal partners to resolve issues and improve the customer experience
Engage in continuous learning: Participate in training and development to grow your skills and knowledge
Qualification
Required
You are a recent high school graduate (additional education is welcome but not required)
You have a background in a customer-facing role
You have clear, polite, and empathetic communication skills
You are curious about financial services or fintech and eager to learn
You have a genuine interest in solving problems and making a difference
You are comfortable with computers and curious to learn new tools
You are able to stay organized
You enjoy working as part of a team
You speak fluent English
