Responsibilities
Lead a team of software engineers focused on HPC solutions, identifying technical risks, and clearly communicating progress to stakeholders
Take full engineering ownership of a portfolio of system reference designs, informing and influencing the product roadmap to align with the broader HPC and Cloud for Science strategy
Understand customers computing goals and generalize them into repeatable usage patterns and scalable cloud architectures
Implement HPC solutions as Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and develop essential tooling for deployment, system health
Work closely with product managers, partner teams, and go-to-market specialists to ship high-quality features
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in Software Development
Experience in High Performance Computing
Preferred
PhD degree in Computational Science in Physics, Mathematics, Life Science Engineering or similar technical field
10 years of experience in computational science, software engineering, and high performance computing
6 years of experience in scientific computing (workflows, applications, state-of-the-art) from one or more domains (health care/life science, manufacturing (CAE, EDA, energy), financial services industry)
Ability to be a team player
