The Program Director will develop a state-of-the-art program, lead residency training, and enhance program visibility while maintaining compliance with ACGME guidelines.

Develop and lead the program in compliance with ACGME guidelines
Enhance program visibility as well as increase the number of accepted residents each year
Split duties between dedicated administrative time, teaching residents/medical students, patient care and surgery
Qualification
Required
M.D. or D.O
Active Florida license (or eligibility for an active Florida license)
Board certification through ABOG or AOA
Five years' faculty experience as a Program Director or an Associate Program Director
