Integrated Marketing Manager
Ensemble is a creator-powered branded entertainment company focused on connecting brands with underrepresented creators. The Integrated Marketing Manager will be responsible for crafting compelling sales and marketing materials that effectively communicate Ensemble's value to strategic partners and brands.

Responsibilities
Own the strategy, design, writing, and production of all sales, marketing, and partnership decks — from warm outreach to multi-million-dollar proposals
Craft clear, compelling narratives that articulate Ensemble’s differentiated value: creator-powered entertainment, cultural credibility, guaranteed CPV distribution, and Issa Rae/HOORAE’s curatorial ecosystem
Build tiered sales materials that support proactive outreach, inbound interest, agency education, conferences, and industry events
Translate Ensemble’s growing IP slate into sellable brand-facing materials
Maintain and evolve the Ensemble 2026 slate materials, ensuring every title has a sharp value proposition, audience POV, and brand integration roadmap
Work with creative, development, and production teams to keep materials current, visually consistent, and strategically aligned
Develop templated but customizable sales materials for category-specific pitches (CPG, QSR, beauty, sports, tech, entertainment, retail, etc.)
Collaborate with Sales to diagnose brand needs and package solutions across creator talent, originals, premium series, and brand-owned IP
Support RFPs with research, insights, creator casting frames, creative concepts, and distribution plans
Evolve and protect Ensemble’s visual identity across all decks (color, typography, hierarchy, iconography, motion references)
Ensure every deliverable is sharp, premium, consistent, and worthy of the HOORAE ecosystem
Translate complex ideas — creator economics, guaranteed CPV distribution models, cross-screen entertainment packaging — into simple, persuasive visuals
Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Development, Creator Management, and Production to ensure messaging aligns with real capabilities and strategic priorities
Work directly with leadership to support key pitches, strategic narratives, investment materials, and tentpole brand meetings
Maintain a searchable internal library of decks, templates, charts, and visual assets
Introduce new ways of organizing and indexing to streamline and improve operations
Qualification
Required
A strategic storyteller who understands how brands buy entertainment — and how creator-driven culture shapes consumer behavior
Equal parts writer, designer, editor, and strategist, with impeccable taste and an instinct for cultural fluency
Expert in translating entertainment concepts into advertiser-ready opportunities
Comfortable synthesizing research, audience insights, creator angles, and brand briefs into tight narratives
Hyper-organized, detail-obsessed, and able to manage multiple fast-turn deadlines
Proficient in Canva, Google Slides, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern presentation tools
Preferred
Experience in branded content, entertainment marketing, publisher sales marketing, or agency comms planning preferred
