Director/Executive4flow is seeking a Director of SAP EWM & Supply Chain Consulting to lead their SAP supply chain practice with a focus on SAP Extended Warehouse Management. This role involves presales leadership, managing complex SAP EWM projects, and collaborating with various teams to deliver innovative supply chain solutions.

Responsibilities
Partner with sales and business development teams to define go-to-market strategies and provide thought leadership for SAP EWM and supply chain opportunities
Engage with clients early in the sales cycle to assess warehouse and logistics operations, identify value opportunities, and design EWM transformation roadmaps
Lead the development of proposals, RFP responses, and client solution demonstrations, highlighting SAP EWM capabilities and integration with related SAP modules
Develop high-level implementation plans, delivery models, and cost estimates to support pre-sales and solution design efforts
Oversee end-to-end delivery of SAP EWM and supply chain projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budgets
Provide architectural and functional guidance to ensure seamless integration of EWM within the broader SAP landscape
Serve as an escalation point for complex delivery challenges, driving timely resolution and maintaining client satisfaction
Monitor project performance, resource utilization, and delivery quality to ensure operational excellence across engagements
Enhance delivery methodologies, tools, and accelerators to improve efficiency and standardization
Drive innovation through EWM best practices, process automation, and emerging technologies such as robotics and analytics
Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the SAP EWM and supply chain practice, ensuring continuous capability growth
Mentor and develop consulting teams, fostering technical depth, leadership, and client engagement excellence
Collaborate with SAP practice leaders to align EWM offerings with enterprise-wide solution strategies and market needs
Stay current with SAP advancements, including embedded and decentralized EWM, to guide innovation and practice development
Qualification
Required
Deep hands-on experience in SAP EWM
Proven record of leading large-scale implementations
Experience managing strategic client relationships
Ability to define go-to-market strategies
Experience in assessing warehouse and logistics operations
Capability to design EWM transformation roadmaps
Experience in developing proposals, RFP responses, and client solution demonstrations
Ability to develop high-level implementation plans, delivery models, and cost estimates
Experience overseeing end-to-end delivery of SAP EWM and supply chain projects
Ability to provide architectural and functional guidance for EWM integration
Experience serving as an escalation point for complex delivery challenges
