Responsibilities

Lead the US operations and sales team by driving revenue, maximising opportunities and optimising the performance of the team
Managing a team of experienced 360 consultants, with full P&L responsibility
Work collaboratively with the stakeholders across the business to maximise opportunities and deliver on their 2030 vision
Confidently communicate their vision, forecast sales, strategies for market growth and lead the sales function
Enjoy being responsible for your own desk as well as getting stuck into their divisional sales and how to maximise sales within the team, including individual business units and consultant performance
Previous responsibility for a sales unit, including forecasting and projecting units
Be a confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Be a collaborative worker who is there to support company-wide, including our Growth Teams
Have a passion for meeting and exceeding targets and maximising every sales opportunity
Be an ambitious professional who has an eye for detail

Required

You must have recruitment experience to be considered for this opportunity
A strong background in international/US recruitment (Executive Search is preferable)
Will have a proven track record of divisional-level management
Experienced with having managers as direct reporting lines
You will enjoy being responsible for your own desk as well as getting stuck into their divisional sales and how to maximise sales within the team, including individual business units and consultant performance
Previous responsibility for a sales unit, including forecasting and projecting units
Will be a confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
