CSM Team Lead - USA
Workwize is a company dedicated to simplifying hardware deployment for IT teams globally. They are seeking a CSM Team Lead to inspire a team, manage client portfolios, and enhance client satisfaction while overseeing strategic projects.
Responsibilities
Set priorities so your team can manage portfolios effectively
Handle client escalations with skill and confidence
Implement processes to boost client happiness and retention
Manage the client lifecycle, including renewals and upsells
Identify high-impact opportunities and coach your team to capitalize on them
Lead initiatives across the CSM domain
Manage stakeholders and oversee complex projects
Qualification
Required
5+ years in Customer Success or client-facing roles
3-5 years of leadership experience
Experienced managing complex projects and stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with tools like: HubSpot (CRM), Monday.com or Asana (project management), Slack, Linear, Miro, Notion
Preferred
Resilient, flexible, and confident under pressure
Passionate about coaching and helping others succeed
Thrives in fast-growing, dynamic environments
Excellent conflict management and client-handling skills
Fluent in English (business level)
