Chief Commercial Officer
Vida Group International is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead and integrate the commercial strategy across various functions. The CCO will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market share expansion, and operational efficiency while overseeing sales, marketing, and customer service teams.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a scalable strategy for all Commercial functional teams aligned with company growth targets
Lead sales teams to achieve revenue and margin goals
Management of all financial aspects of the commercial organization including budgeting
Forecasting, long-range planning and overall management and accountability of the U.S. Business P&L
Maintain annual sales plans and monthly sales forecasts for each vertical sector and segments
Build strategic customer relationships and partnerships across market sectors and segments
Oversee pricing strategy and process, contract negotiations, and key account management
Implement a route to market that includes sales organization design, channel partners, technical sales, and commercial operations to maximize effective and efficient market coverage
Define customer facing roles and accountabilities matched to the customer lifecycle to provide a value driven, customer centric market coverage that provide a best-in-class customer experience and competitive advantage
Establish a commercial governance framework with defined KPIs, performance scorecards and guiding principles for managing performance and prioritizing critical performance metrics for all sales jobs
Play a key leadership role with the broader organization to accommodate anticipated growth
Regularly interact with the Board of Directors regarding a wide array of topics related to current and future commercial business
Implement data-driven sales processes and performance metrics
Lead forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and incentive design
Drive CRM optimization and reporting tools to enhance visibility and decision-making
Partner with Finance and Supply Chain to align demand planning and revenue targets
Define and execute brand positioning, product marketing, and go-to-market strategies
Lead market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation
Oversee digital marketing, trade shows, and promotional campaigns
Collaborate with R&D and Product Development on innovation and commercialization
Lead all commercial launch preparation activities including brand strategy, product positioning and messaging, pricing initiatives and market access strategy, sales force strategy and resource planning
Champion a customer-centric culture across all Commercial functional teams with established KPIs for service, quality, responsiveness, and satisfaction
Drive sales team to utilize and reinforce customer transactions and complaints processes through Customer Care
Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and issue resolution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Marketing or other related field of study from accredited college/university, MBA or advanced degree preferred
15+ years of executive-level commercial leadership experience in life sciences, or packaging sectors
Proven success in leading multi-functional teams across sales, marketing, and customer service
Experience building and/or reorganizing Commercial organization structure and change management
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven mindset
Experience in scaling operations and driving transformation in mid-sized businesses
Excellent communication, strategic negotiation, value-selling and leadership capabilities
Demonstrated success in successfully launching new products
Extensive experience with developing and executing marketing strategies and tactics, field leadership, market research and analysis and business forecasting
Excellent organizational and communication skills with all levels of the organization
Track record of building high-performance teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration
