They are seeking an AI Operations Specialist who will gain hands-on experience across multiple teams and help monitor and manage AI system performance while driving improvements in customer experience.

Responsibilities
Monitor and manage AI system performance, proactively identifying issues in real-time through dashboards, logs, and alerts, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure resolution and continuous improvement
Partner closely with Support and Solutions to run hypercare efforts on newly implemented clients for each product line
Collaborate with Customer Success and Solutions to drive audits and project based assignments to ensure healthy AI operations
Assist with QAing and monitoring product usage for new product rollouts
Drive improvements in customer experience through direct sentiment and feedback collection, partnering with Customer Success to identify and act on recurring client challenges
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Data Analytics or Business Administration
An ability to work quickly and accurately to hit daily project targets
A curious mind and drive to succeed
A positive attitude and a willingness to give and receive feedback
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Willingness to work in person at our office 5 days a week
Preferred
Experience in housing or related industries
Client facing experience
Bias towards data-driven decision-making and analytical skills, SQL knowledge is a plus
Working experience or self-directed experimentation with AI
