Responsibilities

Write publish and maintain customer facing documentation including references tutorials online content and in-app guides focusing on advanced cybersecurity concepts

Collaborate with Product Engineering and Marketing stakeholders to define and deliver documentation requirements to meet customer needs

Required

5 to 10 years of relevant experience in technical writing with a proven track record of creating clear, concise, and technically accurate documentation in SaaS enterprise security or computer networking

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and succeed in an ambiguous environment with competing demands

Ability to work remotely and independently taking full ownership of documentation projects

BA/BS degree in English, Journalism, or Computer Science
