Producing manuals and online reference materials for software products offered by Reynolds and Reynolds and its affiliates

Keeping ‘help messages’ up to date within the software for customers to use

Writing the instructions within the help messages and testing the instructions to verify the results are correct

Assigned to various projects within the Documentation department
