The Judge Group is seeking a Web Support Specialist for a 4+ month contract. The role involves managing website content, performing audits, and ensuring compliance with GDPR, while utilizing various CMS platforms and tools.

Responsibilities

Review global and issuer sites, create audit documentation, communicate updates, validate changes, and track/report status

Manage content, analytics, and website updates for DCI Resources Hub using Uberflip CMS

Update SEO/meta data, upload images, refresh or retire content, and maintain content calendar

Apply basic HTML/CSS for content updates and implement redirects/code snippets as needed

Create and validate Website Change Requests (WSCR) in JIRA across lower and production environments

Perform GDPR banner functionality checks monthly

Add, update, and retire content (playbooks, newsletters, brand guidelines) in CMS

Create image catalogs in PowerPoint and upload to InfoNet

Qualification

Required

Experience in financial services is highly preferred

Experienced in bridging language barriers with global partners

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, Teams

Skilled in CMS platforms (Uberflip, ServiceNow, SharePoint) and basic HTML/CSS

Familiarity with SEO/meta data and analytics tagging

Knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics for actionable insights

Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and JIRA
