Responsibilities

Manage the cross-functional GTM process for new product features and launches, ensuring all teams are aligned on timelines and deliverables
Translate complex technical features into clear, compelling, benefit-driven messaging for customers and prospects
Create high-quality launch assets, including blog posts, release notes, in-app messaging, web page updates, and sales enablement materials
Act as the primary marketing contact for the Product and Engineering teams, providing feedback and ensuring a smooth, repeatable launch program
Influence and organize the launch process, holding senior stakeholders and team members accountable for their deliverables
Craft engaging campaigns based on new (and previously launched) product capabilities that drive bookings in partnership with the Demand Gen team
Partner with the sales enablement team to train sales and account management on new features

Qualification

B2B SaaS product marketingProject managementTechnical collaborationCommunication skillsOrganizational skills

Required

5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, with a proven track record of managing product launches
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Exceptional organizational and project management skills
A sharp eye for quality and detail in all public-facing content and internal communications
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across different departments and time zones

Preferred

Experience working closely with technical product and engineering teams; experience in a global company is a plus
Experience in financial services or fintech is a plus
