Responsibilities

Design, build, configure, and support Epic applications that enable clinical, financial, administrative, and operational workflows

Analyze existing workflows and system functionality to identify improvements and optimize performance

Support implementations, upgrades, testing, QA, reporting, and ongoing application maintenance

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless system integrations

Assist with onboarding and training of users and team members as needed

Serve as a subject matter expert for Research Billing functionality and related workflows
