Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Microsoft 365 (M365) Power Automate workflows and enterprise-grade Power Apps
Act as a subject matter expert on Power Platform tools, advising clients on best practices and innovative solutions
Develop advanced Power BI dashboards and analytics to support decision-making and reporting
Manage high-visibility projects involving process improvement, data analysis, and collaboration
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and virtual demos for stakeholders and end-users
Provide strategic guidance for leveraging the full M365 ecosystem, including Teams and Dataverse
Support and mentor junior and mid-level developers in workflow development and troubleshooting
Qualification
Required
Active or ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or 5+ years of relevant experience
Advanced expertise with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI
Strong proficiency in Dataverse and integrating external data sources into Power Platform solutions
Proven ability to lead complex projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills
Preferred
Proficiency in Angular 6+, Tableau, and RPA tools like UiPath
Familiarity with FlankSpeed and experience supporting Navy clients
High capacity for analytical thinking and process improvement
Experience with Model Driven Apps and/or Dynamics
