Responsibilities
Conducting effective management strategies for IP rights, assessing potential risks thoroughly and actively mitigating such risks in collaboration with Business Stakeholders and enforcing IP rights across relevant sectors
Developing patent application procedures before relevant patent offices and collaborating closely with stakeholders on various industrial property protection matters
Managing the organization’s diverse IP portfolio and developing business processes that integrate relevant IP tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Creating legal advice and counsel in business-related areas of expertise, such as intellectual property, patent law and adjacent legal fields
Advocating for the organization in litigation, arbitration, mediation, or other disputes with courts, government agencies or legal authorities
