Responsibilities

Lead the execution of detailed quality assurance testing for complex software products
Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans
Identify, report, and track software defects to resolution
Collaborate with development and product teams to improve quality practices
Mentor and guide junior QA team members to ensure adherence to best practices
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team

Required

3+ years of experience in software quality assurance
3+ years of experience in automation testing
3+ years of experience in performance testing
3+ years of experience in Agile methodologies
3+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience

Preferred

Experience with automated testing tools
Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools
Familiarity with security testing practices
Understanding of software development lifecycles
Certification in software testing methodologies
