Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Principal to join their Advisory Practice and lead enterprise clients through the evolution of their data and AI capabilities. The role involves shaping and delivering data and AI strategies, guiding clients in adopting modern data platforms, and engaging with stakeholders to drive transformation.

Responsibilities

Shape and deliver enterprise-wide data and AI strategies aligned to business goals
Guide clients through the adoption of modern data platforms, cloud ecosystems, and responsible AI practices
Lead discovery workshops, 'art of the possible' sessions, and roadmap development
Translate complex technical concepts into business-aligned recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design operating models, governance frameworks, and implementation plans
Engage with C-level stakeholders to drive transformation and measurable outcomes
Mentor high-performing teams and contribute to the growth of the Advisory practice

Required

8+ years of experience leading data and AI strategy engagements
Consulting leadership, while working with external clients
Deep understanding of cloud platforms, data architecture, and AI/ML applications
Strong business acumen with the ability to prioritize use cases and build ROI-driven business cases
Experience with data governance, privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and security best practices
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with both technical and executive audiences

Preferred

Industry expertise in sectors such as Financial Services, Healthcare, or Retail is a major plus
