Responsibilities
Support the management of low-code development platforms from vision to production-ready
Translate complex functional and technical requirements into custom design and develop Microsoft Power Platform-based applications
Create engaging customer experiences using low-code development technologies that leverage the modern experience in SharePoint online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI
Support the project and tech lead in developing plans, estimations, and code and design reviews
Work on projects that meet challenges in Public Health, collaborating with your team to build automated business processes within Dynamics and sites in SharePoint and M365 maximizing user-centric, low code design
Apply your expertise in web development best practices to ensure accessibility for all users by developing a front-end that functions across browsers, platforms, and devices while meeting accessibility and security requirements
Craft architectural patterns, design standards, and implementation best practices
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience with low-code, configuration-first business application development
Experience delivering Microsoft Power BI reports, dashboards, and integrations with complex datasets
Experience implementing Microsoft Power Platform projects
Experience building model-driven and canvas Power Apps
Experience designing and implementing Power Automate and Azure Data flows
Experience with Dataverse, including design, data modeling, and security
Experience with the Agile development process
Knowledge of Power Platform architectural best practices, design principles, administration, and governance
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Experience with SharePoint development and migration
Experience with programming or scripting languages, including JSON and JavaScript
Knowledge of modern DevOps tools, including content repositories, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code
Ability to analyze time and effort estimation of design and development work to support sprint planning
