Highly Energetic Restoration Customer Experience Specialist
SERVPRO of Howard County is a franchise focused on helping customers in their moments of need by repairing and restoring homes and businesses. They are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist who will be responsible for managing customer interactions, overseeing projects, and ensuring a high level of service throughout the process.
Responsibilities
Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders
Own all aspects of the customer experience from the office process
Daily project(s) oversight to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress
Create preliminary scopes of work to be passed on to estimating team
Review and validate job site documentation
Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end
Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed
Participate in the after-hours on call rotation (Additional compensation will be provided)
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED (preferred)
At least 4 years of sales and/or customer service experience
Ability to multitask and to remain detail oriented
Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications
Willingness to be on-call after hours 1 out of every 3 weeks to meet the needs of customers outside of normal business hours
