Wide Format Print Manager
Prodigi Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wide Format Print Manager to join their dynamic Print Production department. The role involves overseeing the entire print production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and developing the local team to meet service level agreements as operations scale up.

Responsibilities
Oversee print production workflow from start to finish
Manage team of print operators; provide training and support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on all aspects of print
Maintain printing equipment to ensure maximum uptime
Implement and enforce quality control protocols
Manage all print rips and colour profiling
Research industry trends and evaluate new print technologies
Oversee all product printing, packing and shipping
Recruit, train and develop production team members
Maintain safe, motivational work environment
Identify root causes of production issues
Be hands-on and lead by example
Qualification
Required
3+ years experience in print production, preferably Print on Demand
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Proficiency operating and troubleshooting print equipment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Meticulous attention to detail and quality
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of print production best practices
Preferred
Experience in the printing industry, preferably wide format and / or photo related giftware
Experience of printing on flat bed, Canon and Epson wide format equipment
Experience of Onyx and Caldera print rips
