This position will require some local travel for court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, site inspections and depositions
Qualification
Required
Experience with general liability, professional liability, products liability, construction litigation, real estate, mass torts and/or class actions
Legal research, drafting of pleadings motions and other documents, taking and defending depositions, drafting and answering discovery requests, trial preparation and trial assistance
Ability to communicate with both clients and colleagues effectively
Some local travel for court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, site inspections and depositions
Admission to the state bar of Maryland
Preferred
Experience with both state and federal courts
