Responsibilities

Lead and manage conversion and startup projects from end to end

Develop and implement detailed project plans, consult with clients, and manage deliverables

Coordinate and manage activities required by clients, Fiserv, and involved vendors, ensuring seamless onboarding

Lead internal project teams of up to 8 members, ensuring system setup and customization

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of customs required for clients

Oversee issue resolution through effective problem-solving, resource identification, and escalation as needed

Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues with clients and internal stakeholders

Participate actively in Discovery, Data Spec Review, Software Development, System Configuration, Testing, and Project Management & Implementation
