Responsibilities

Operations support including processing mail, forms and checks
Greeting clients and supporting main line phone coverage
Assist clients with issues and complaints to gain efficient resolutions
Coordinate and plan branch office meetings and other branch office activities including purchasing and facilities management
Manage all Human Resource functions for support staff
Support and drive strategic firm initiatives
Implement firm administrative and risk management guidelines and policies
Support New Hire process by maintaining records, approvals and orientation
Provide administrative support for all aspects of licensing and registration for all registered employees
Provide Payroll support (FA Compensation)
