Workflow optimization and studio efficiency improvements
Business development and proposal strategy
Qualification
Required
15+ years of architectural design experience
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's preferred)
Professional RA license required
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office
Deep understanding of project specifications and CSI formatting
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred
NCARB IDP enrollment preferred
LEED accreditation a plus
