Responsibilities

Assist in the design, implementation, and integration of systems under the guidance of senior engineers
Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to improve system performance and reliability
Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure system specifications are met
Develop and maintain system documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals
Conduct regular system audits and generate reports to ensure compliance with industry standards
Provide technical support and guidance to other team members
Ensure systems are designed and maintained following best practices and regulatory requirements
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system capabilities and efficiency
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to current systems
Some project travel might occur on the program during various times

Required

Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance
Strong knowledge of systems engineering principles and methodologies
Experience with system modeling, simulation, and analysis tools
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
5+ years of experience in systems engineering or a related role
8+ years of experience in systems engineering or a related role
12+ years of experience in systems engineering or a related role

Preferred

Polygraph desired
Proficiency in various programming and scripting languages is a plus
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
