Responsibilities

Get involved in all aspects of litigation, from pre-lawsuit investigations to trial preparation and court appearances in California and nationally

Work closely with partners and senior attorneys, take an active role in client strategy and case management, and continue to sharpen your skills through hands-on experience and personalized mentoring designed to support both performance and balance

Required

Minimum 2 years of litigation experience, including pre- and post-suit investigations, case analysis, drafting and responding to discovery, preparing and arguing law and motion, taking and defending depositions, and trial preparation, in the areas of premises liability, motor vehicle, products liability, construction and professional liability

Strong legal research, written, verbal, interpersonal communication skills and skills to develop and implement efficient strategies to resolve claims against our clients

A self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong project management skills

You must currently be in good standing with the California State Bar
