Responsibilities

Assist with engineering and building out the Cloud product to enable our business applications and teams moving to public cloud

Work with Cloud Security Architects and Platform Engineers to ensure Fiserv’s public cloud is secure and implements industry best practices

Partner with Infrastructure Engineers to design and build a cloud foundation for technical delivery team

Assist with implementation of policies using various cloud posture management security tools

Assist with the design and build of various tools/automation to streamline existing processes and enabling self service

Collaborate with application teams with building out infrastructure and specific cloud native services in the Cloud

Assist other cloud operations staff with troubleshooting and operations escalations and remediation of identified security findings

Work with other IT, Security, and Business Unit teams to deliver a world class public cloud platform

Required

7+ years of experience with the implementation, maintenance, and operation of distributed systems

3+ years of recent hands-on experience working with cloud technologies in Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS). Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

3+ years of experience building cloud solutions through the console and using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) pipelines

Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, AWS CloudFormation, etc

Solid understanding of basic Internet principles such as HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, Networking, Load Balancing, etc

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a relevant field, and/or equivalent military experience
