Responsibilities
Manage the deliverables for assuring HA/DR program for DSF is successful
Responsible for change management controls and reviews
Responsible for maintenance and accuracy of CMDB
Responsible for collaborating with the infrastructure teams to support AppDev capacity needs
Interlock with the application operations team to lead and help manage production incidents
Gather and maintain EOL software and hardware needs for application development teams
Set up and run governance routines for Obsolescence, Scanning and Vulnerability Mgmt
Partner with the enterprise infrastructure teams to be the SPOC for App Dev in infrastructure projects
Qualification
Required
10 years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
6 years managing large-scale commercial projects
6 years' experience in advanced Excel skills., including working with large data sets, pivot tables, V-lookups
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information system, computer engineering
6 years of project management and experience solving supply chain business needs with software solutions for distribution and transportation systems
Experience with warehouse managed inventory
Knowledge of Oracle ERP systems
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
