Responsibilities
Creating high-quality visual content that advances our brand and mission to improve student success in higher education
Working under the mentorship of the Senior Graphic Designer
Gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of digital and print design projects—campaign graphics, social media content, event collateral, presentation design, and more
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, digital media, or related field
Digital Portfolio that shows strong foundational design skills (typography, layout, color, composition)
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Eagerness to learn and ability to accept and apply constructive feedback
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Good communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple small projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Some classroom, freelance, or student-organization design experience preferred
Familiarity with Figma a plus
Basic understanding of design for digital channels (social, web, email)
Interest or basic skills in motion graphics/video editing are welcomed but not required
