Responsibilities

Manage Conditional Access policies for secure access control

Implement and maintain Compliance Policies (e.g., DLP, retention)

Oversee Application Management across Exchange, SharePoint, Teams

Administer devices via Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune)

Resolve escalated issues across server, network, and cloud environments

Perform server tasks: DHCP, DNS, AD Connect, IIS, SSL, MS SQL

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and performance issues

Coach Tier 1/2 staff and share technical best practices

Maintain internal documentation and client-facing guides

Provide professional support via phone, email, and chat

Assist with onboarding, training, and user access issues

Communicate status updates and create client reports

Follow SLA-driven workflows and escalation protocols

Monitor backups and maintain accurate inventory

Participate in audits and ensure compliance readiness
