Required

Bachelor's or master's degree
Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively

Meticulous attention to detail
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content
Proven ability to take initiative and think creatively

Preferred

Experience in alumni relations, higher education, communications and marketing, or related field, and database management
