Responsibilities
Designing and building services in Node.js with TypeScript
Running on a modern, cloud-native setup in GCP
Contributing to end-to-end processes from design through implementation and infrastructure
Introducing AI-led features into the platform, particularly around AI-driven process automation
Building features that solve real operational problems using tools like OpenAI, Langfuse, and GCP Vertex AI SDKs
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in Node.js and TypeScript
Experience in designing and building services in a cloud-native setup, specifically GCP
Ability to work on both back-end and front-end development, with a focus on back-end
Experience in defining engineering processes and scaling platforms
Comfortable with ownership and accountability for built solutions
Ability to work collaboratively with other engineers
Strong opinions about good engineering practices
Experience with greenfield work and modern tech stacks
Preferred
Experience with AI-driven process automation
Familiarity with tools like OpenAI, Langfuse, and GCP Vertex AI SDKs
Experience in a remote-first work environment
