Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth personal lines insurance accounts, with policy sizes ranging from $10,000 to $100,000+
Provide end-to-end account management, including quoting, renewals, and servicing
Collaborate with the new business team to onboard clients and assess their needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with the highest level of professionalism
Work with HNW carriers such as Chubb, PURE, Cincinnati, AIG, and others
Adapt responsibilities based on strengths and performance, with opportunities for growth and increased responsibility
Qualification
Required
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required
Previous experience working with high-net-worth clients and carriers such as Chubb, PURE, Cincinnati, and AIG is essential
Empathetic and client-focused approach
Positive energy and a proactive attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Eagerness to learn and grow within the role
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented culture
Preferred
Familiarity with Sagitta and ImageRight software is preferred (training available if needed)
No specific educational requirements, but relevant experience is highly valued
