Responsibilities

Create, optimize, and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines for various data sources, including Warehouse Management Systems, Shopify, NetSuite, and more
Design and support data models, including tabular models used company-wide, supply chain data models, and warehouse automation/optimization models
Maintain daily reports and automate report delivery, via multiple channels, to relevant stakeholders
Ensure seamless data connections between our website and backend systems, including product SKU information, inventory data, discounts, and more
Collaborate with external vendors for design, user experience, and development as needed to deliver solutions
Engage in proactive communication with team members and the broader organization to facilitate agile development and decision-making processes

Required

At least 4 years related work experience
Intermediate to advanced programming skills with MS SQL Server T-SQL and Python are required
Experience with ETL, Report Development with Business Intelligence systems, (MSFT BI Stack (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS), Power BI etc.)
Proficient with warehouse operations data across receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes, in a distribution or e-commerce environment
Familiarity with NetSuite schema, tooling and integration workflows
Must be customer service-oriented with the ability to learn quickly, be resourceful/flexible, and exercise sound judgment
Must demonstrate excellent communication skills and patience verbally, in writing and interpersonally to inspire and build trust
Must be able to handle high pressure/emergency response situations

Preferred

Experience with compute and storage solutions in Azure
MySQL, C, Java, AI/ML skills
