Responsibilities
Understanding and execution of state specific price posting requirements
Manage, complete, and respond to daily transactional pricing requests in accordance with required due dates
Raise potential pricing issues to managers where we are outside of strategy
Effectively communicate with all internal departments from sales to the back office
Provide administrative assistance through running routine as well as ad hoc reports
Regularly work with large data sets in excel using the following skills
Vlookup, Range Lookups
If/Iferror
Pivot Tables
Tracking/logging of price change requests to help streamline execution and communication to our customers
Ensure compliance with operational policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Strong communication, both written and verbal
Superior organizational skills, detail oriented, must be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and in a dynamic, high energy, team-oriented atmosphere
High level of proficiency with Microsoft office
Preferred
Industry experience a plus
Wine knowledge a plus
