Account Executive - high volume cold call environment

Talentsearchpro is seeking an Account Executive to own the entire sales cycle from outreach to payment collection. The role involves prospecting, conducting discovery, and tailoring solutions to meet client needs while consistently meeting activity and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

Own the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to collecting the first subscription payment
Prospect daily, conduct high-quality discovery, and tailor Torch's solution to dental practice needs
Consistently meet and exceed activity and revenue targets (60–90 outbound calls per day depending on ramp status)
Leverage proven sales playbooks while collaborating with teammates and leadership to iterate on sales strategy
Become a trusted expert on Torch’s platform and the dental industry
Track and manage pipeline in CRM (Salesforce) with attention to detail and urgency

Required

1–3 years of closing experience in sales, preferably in SaaS or tech-enabled services
Must be comfortable with a high volume cold call environment (they will be making 60-80 cold calls per day)

Experience selling to SMBs (doctors, restaurants, bars, etc.)
Experience selling at a high growth tech startups
Experience selling software
