Responsibilities

Develop solid understanding of the data center industry, QTS product offering, and QTS operating model
Demonstrate adaptability to evolving technologies and changing business needs by proactively seeking out new solutions and approaches during each rotation
Show a strong passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning by actively engaging in professional development opportunities and staying current with industry trends
Balance assigned/directed tasks with self-identified project opportunities
Lead process improvement initiatives and provide project management support in critical areas of QTS Technology operations
Form and manage cross-functional project teams to achieve objectives
Communicate complex technical concepts verbally to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding across diverse audiences
Regularly present findings to various levels of QTS leadership
Travel between corporate and team hubs up to 25%

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical or related field
Four or more years of professional experience
US Citizenship for this position is required by law due to federal customer contracts

Preferred

Advanced degree (technical Master's degree or MBA)
Seven or more years of professional experience
Two or more years in a supervisory role
Experience in technology or security sectors
Process Improvement Certifications (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
Geographic flexibility within two years
