Group Product Manager, QuickBooks Live: Business Tax & Compliance Services

Responsibilities
Define, articulate, and communicate strategic offering vision for QuickBooks Live's Tax and compliance domain
Define and evangelize with leadership and team, long term and mid term product strategy inclusive of product features, business growth plans and capability development levers
Partner with GTM, Customer Success and Service Delivery teams to define product features, positioning, and delivery plan
Develop deep customer empathy through research and transform insights into innovative solutions
Foster cross-functional partnerships to align product strategies with business objectives
Lead scoping, planning, and delivery of product initiatives
Cultivate learning and experimentation culture
Recruit, mentor, and lead product managers team
Establish and track KPIs
Qualification
Required
8+ years in product management with proven track record
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
Platform mindset for scalable solutions
Strong customer centricity
Excellent operational acumen
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong understanding of technical concepts
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree preferred
