Maintain shipment forecasts and trade spend data

Review, analyze, and accurately allocate trade deductions by customer, category, and event

Reconcile actual trade spend against financial reporting to ensure accuracy

Partner closely with sales teams to research and resolve deduction discrepancies

Investigate unplanned or invalid charges and communicate resolution steps

Serve as a point of contact for deduction‑related inquiries

Retrieve, organize, and manage brand and trade documentation across platforms
