Responsibilities
Ensure client data and paperwork are perfectly prepared for meetings each week, averaging 15-20 appointments
Master multiple software systems to efficiently support client needs and meeting preparation
Coordinate essential pre- and post-meeting tasks for smooth client interactions
Train to support trades and handle client paperwork during meetings
Learn and master our process for preparing advisors’ recommendations
Bring fresh perspective and problem-solving to operational challenges
Support client-facing tasks with growth into answering basic financial planning requests
Develop and grow with the firm for potential future role in management and/or advisory pathways
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
Eagerness to learn and demonstrated passion for the financial services industry
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel
1+ years' of work experience exhibiting strong attention to detail and accountability for processes
Proven ability to prioritize tasks and work independently following training
Demonstrated history of critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, financial planning software, and/or innovative AI tools such as ChatGPT
Proven background in roles that require creative problem-solving and proactive decision-making
Genuine interest in expanding knowledge and skills toward a future career in financial advising
