Run in-home sales appointments
Build rapport and earn customer trust
Perform load calculations, system assessments, and comfort surveys
Present solutions using a proven process
Explain financing options clearly
Follow up professionally and proactively
Document visits and outcomes with accuracy
Build self-generated lead pipeline
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills
Goal-oriented, competitive mindset
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Pass a drug test
Reside within 45 minutes of our office
Preferred
1+ years of in-home sales experience (HVAC, roofing, plumbing, solar, etc.)
Experience with HVAC
Experience with ServiceTitan or a similar CRM
