This role is responsible for managing engineering contractors and third-party integrators to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Responsibilities
Lead control system projects, including brownfield upgrades and automation in downstream operations
Interface with third-party integrators and engineering contractors
Review designs, installations, and commissioning activities for compliance with specifications
Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates
Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Process Controls, or Controls Engineering
10+ years' experience in control systems, automation, and downstream operations
Experience collaborating with engineering contractors or third-party integrators
Knowledge of brownfield upgrades, system commissioning, and project execution
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred
Offshore or subsea control system experience
