Responsibilities

You’ll conduct asbestos surveys to identify and assess the presence of hazardous materials in structures, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations

You’ll prepare comprehensive bidding documents, plans, and specifications for asbestos removal projects, ensuring all project requirements are clearly defined

You’ll coordinate and monitor asbestos abatement projects, overseeing the quality control measures during the abatement phase to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards

You’ll maintain accurate and organized records for all assigned projects, including project schedules, permits, and compliance documentation, ensuring adherence to regulations

You’ll facilitate client communication by providing regular progress reports, coordinating project milestones, and assisting with contract administration throughout the project lifecycle

You’ll perform air quality monitoring during asbestos abatement projects to ensure safe working conditions and compliance with health and safety standards

You’ll stay informed about the latest technologies, procedures, and regulatory updates in the hazardous waste and environmental industries to maintain project compliance

You’ll report project issues to project managers and collaborate in problem-solving to resolve any technical, safety, or regulatory challenges that arise during project execution

You’ll assist with drafting project drawings and layout plans, ensuring accurate representation of project scope and specifications for asbestos removal and related activities

You’ll support the scheduling of project timelines, preparing cost reports, and tracking project progress to ensure timely completion and budget compliance

Required
