Responsibilities

Support functional delivery across Adobe Experience Cloud solutions including:

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for content management

Adobe Real-Time CDP for audience segmentation

Adobe Target for personalization

Adobe Campaign for cross-channel orchestration

Adobe Analytics for performance insights

Adobe Workfront for marketing workflow and content operations

Assist in translating business requirements into user stories and functional documentation

Participate in discovery workshops and solution design sessions

Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA to ensure delivery aligns with business intent

Contribute to backlog grooming, sprint planning, and testing activities

Support content supply chain initiatives by helping streamline planning, production, and delivery workflows using Workfront and AEM Assets

Stay current on Adobe platform capabilities and emerging trends (e.g., GenAI, personalization, data privacy)

Help prepare training materials, documentation, and change management assets

Required
