Sales Business Development Representative
FieldPulse is a dedicated team building modern applications for small home service businesses. The Business Development Representative will manage the sales process, engaging with potential customers and qualifying new opportunities to contribute to the company's success.
Responsibilities
Work directly with Account Executives and report to the Business Development Manager
Make 80-100 calls per day
Book qualified meetings for the AEs every week
Prioritize and qualify incoming leads, ensuring timely and effective communication to drive successful conversions and contribute to overall sales growth
Work with SalesForce, SalesLoft, and other various SAAS sales tools
Utilize SalesForce/Salesloft, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities. Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Qualification
Required
Ability to handle objections and demonstrate value
Highly-intelligent, passionate, team player, that is coachable
Strong interpersonal skills and friendly professional demeanor on the phone
A tenacious work ethic with the desire to be a top performer (Hunter)
Experience with SalesForce, SalesLoft, and other various SAAS sales tools
Ability to make 80-100 calls per day
Experience in booking qualified meetings for Account Executives
Experience in prioritizing and qualifying incoming leads
Ability to build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects
Proactive in seeking new business opportunities in the market
