Responsibilities
Shape Mid-Market Sales Strategy: Define the vision, strategic direction, and operational plans needed to establish Intuit as the top-choice solution for mid-market businesses. Align cross-functional partners across GTM (go-to-market) initiatives to support this vision
Build a High-Performing Sales Organization: Attract, develop, and lead a diverse, talented, and data-driven virtual sales team focused on fostering deep customer relationships and consistently achieving growth targets
Lead with Customer Obsession: Drive the execution of a consultative and customer-first sales strategy, rooted in a deep understanding of mid-market customer needs, industry nuances, and use cases for the QuickBooks ecosystem
Accelerate Revenue Growth: Establish a scalable GTM sales motion to drive sustainable revenue growth, delivering high ROI and YOY performance that aligns with Intuit’s broader mid-market strategy
Enhance Enterprise Sales Excellence: Advance account management and enterprise sales capabilities, implementing best practices, tools, and tactics that prioritize strategic customer engagement and long-term success
Drive Operational Efficiency with Data: Design and execute a modern sales playbook that leverages advanced analytics to optimize team productivity, forecast pipeline accurately, and refine tools, systems, and processes for operational excellence
Deliver Sales Technology Enablement: Partner with Mass Market Sales, Accountant Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to define and deploy advanced technology-driven sales enablement strategies that unify the customer journey across all channels
Foster Collaboration Across Teams: Build and manage effective partnerships across functions to ensure seamless execution of strategies, creating better customer experiences while driving improvements in sales and customer outcomes
Inspire Leadership and Innovation: Combine deep domain expertise and exceptional leadership acumen to continually elevate the impact of your organization. Model Intuit’s leadership principles and foster an inclusive environment for employee growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred
Minimum 10+ years of experience in a SaaS, enterprise sales leadership role, or similar position within a mid-market B2B environment
Proven record of achieving and surpassing sales targets, driving continuous YOY revenue growth, and developing high-performing teams
Expertise in selling digital solutions across complex business landscapes, including digital platforms, workflow automation, pricing models, and consultative enterprise sales methodologies
Demonstrated capability to lead large, distributed, and cross-functional teams globally
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and leverage insights to drive strategy and performance
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire stakeholders and lead transformational change
Proven ability to integrate E2E thinking across multi-disciplinary initiatives and drive alignment across various functions to achieve common objectives
Deep understanding of customer buying behaviors, market trends, and industry-specific challenges within the mid-market segment
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation, operational excellence, and delivering scalable, customer-focused solutions
